You own all notes, content, and information you save using Recall. You grant Recall the right to store and process this data solely to provide the service.

You agree not to use the Service to store illegal content, harmful code, or material that violates applicable law.

Recall is in beta. The Service may change, pause, or experience downtime at any time.

4. Liability

The Service is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any loss of data, interruptions, or damages.

5. No Affiliation

Recall is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon, OpenAI, Anthropic, Cursor, or any other referenced third party.

6. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend access for abuse, security concerns, or legal compliance.
