Privacy Policy

Recall (“the Service”, “we”, “us”) provides long-term memory storage for AI assistants through the Model Context Protocol (MCP). This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Information We Collect
- User account data: When you sign in with OAuth, we receive your name, email address, and provider user ID.
- Notes and memory content: When an AI assistant calls the Recall MCP server, we store the text you choose to save (title, content, tags, category, timestamps).
- Technical data: We collect minimal server logs (IP address, request metadata) for security and debugging.
How We Use Your Data
- To store and retrieve notes you create.
- To support search, tagging, and organization.
- To authenticate your account.
- To maintain service reliability and security.
We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
Data Storage
Your data is stored in Cloudflare's infrastructure (Workers + D1). Search features may use Cloudflare Vectorize or Pinecone in the future.
Access and Deletion
- You can delete any note at any time.
- To delete your entire account and all data, email support@recallnotes.io.
Security
- OAuth-based authentication
- Scoped access tokens
- Encrypted transport (HTTPS)
- No employee access except audited, break-glass situations for support
