Troubleshooting
Connector not showing
- Refresh your assistant after enabling MCP or connectors.
- Open the guide for your assistant and redo the setup steps.
Server unreachable
- Open
https://mcp.recallnotes.io/mcpin a browser to confirm it loads. - Check VPNs or firewalls that could block the MCP URL.
OAuth not triggering
- Allow pop-ups for the assistant site.
- Close extra Recall login tabs, then restart the flow from the guide.
Commands not saving
- Use the test prompts in each guide to confirm the tool is active.
- Make sure the connector/tool is pinned or toggled on in the chat UI.
